USA CUSTOMER DUTIES: To be as transparent and helpful as possible, we now collect applicable U.S. import duties and tariffs at checkout.

Advance Orders: Please note the estimated ship date listed for your "Advance Order." This date reflects the most current information available based on when our next production run is expected to arrive at our warehouse. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if any delays are anticipated.

International Orders: International orders may be subject to duties, tariffs, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery, depending on local regulations.

Canadian Customers: Customers within Canada will not be charged any additional duties or import fees. Applicable sales taxes (GST/PST/HST) will be collected at checkout.

Shell Pieces: Our shell pieces are handcrafted using delicate natural materials. 

Refused Deliveries: If a parcel is refused at delivery, it will be returned to our facility. Our actual direct costs associated with the return, including return shipping, carrier handling fees, and any re-import duties, taxes, or customs charges, will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Deductions will not exceed the total order value.

If you are considering refusing a package, please contact us first. In many cases, we can arrange redelivery, clarify duty charges, or find an alternative solution that avoids unnecessary fees.
